Hello, my name is Tanya Tso. My mother is from the Paiute Nation of the Koosharem Band in Richfield, Utah, the Bear claw clan (Beeyoodzin). My father is from the Yucca Fruit Strung Out In a Line clan (Hash k’ aa hadzohi). My maternal grandparents are from the Paiute Nation (Beeyoodzin) and my paternal grandparents are from the Towering House clan (Kiyaa’a anii). I have one daughter, one son and one beautiful granddaughter who is my sunflower. I currently live in Leupp, Arizona.

I have been working at Little Singer Community School for 7 years as a teacher assistant and sub-teacher. I am also still going to school to earn my certification in education. I have 20+ years experience working in the education field ranging from Preschool to 12th grade as a teacher assistant, sub-teacher, and a lead Head Start teacher. Teaching is my passion, I enjoy working with children and seeing their young minds grow through curiosity, challenges, and experiences.
